Yokkohama Hardware ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Oiso mobile application (the "App"), an internal tool provided to our employees for inventory management and purchase history tracking. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
The App is intended solely for use by our employees in the course of their employment and is not available to the general public. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
We collect the following information when you use the App as part of your employment:

We do not collect payment card information, financial account details, or precise device location. The App does not access your device's GPS location.

If you choose to save your login credentials on your device for convenience, they are stored using the device's secure storage and are not transmitted anywhere other than to our servers for authentication.
We retain your personal data for as long as you remain an employee and as needed to meet legal and business record-keeping requirements. Data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after your employment ends, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
The App requests access to your device's camera and photo library so you can take or select photos of materials for inventory records, and to scan QR codes used for pool ticket operations. These permissions are used solely for these work purposes and are not used to access or upload any other photos on your device.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Since App accounts are created and managed by our administrators for employees, requests to delete an account and its associated personal data should be made by contacting our Data Protection Officer at yokohama.hardware@gmail.com, or through your supervisor.
Upon receiving a valid request, we will delete the account and associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business record-keeping (e.g. financial and inventory records).
The App is intended solely for use by our employees and is not directed at or knowingly used by children.
